The sea is flat calm this morning, as we head out for Clarke Cove, just 9 miles south of here. We timed our arrival for slack tide, since the entrance is very narrow, just 25 feet.

There weren’t any boats in the anchorage when we arrived, but this afternoon, Ocean Sun, a Captain Jim’s Adventures charter boat, came in an anchored nearby.
